Matthew Connell, CPA started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in 2003 as a member of its Assurance and Advisory Service group. He graduated inside the top 2% of his class at the University of Pittsburgh and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in accounting. His experience ranges across numerous industries such as oil and gas, professional services, manufacturing, non-profit, real estate, and retail. Matt specializes in income tax planning for individuals and small to medium sized businesses. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In 2006,
Matt became a founder of Imperial Tax & Accounting, Inc. and built it into the dedicated and respected firm it is today.
Patricia Giura

Patricia Giura, CPA has over 25 years of experience in accounting. Patty spent 20 years working for a large regional accounting firm where she attained the position of shareholder and director of the small business department focusing on meeting the accounting and tax needs of individuals and businesses with revenues ranging from $100,000 to $50 million. Patty focuses on business and individual taxation as well as the preparation of financial statements. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Patty provides QuickBooks software training and consulting in an effort to service clients from set up to year-end closing. She has experience in industries that include professional services, manufacturing, retail, technology, real estate, wholesale, and non-profit. Patty Joined Imperial Tax & Accounting, Inc. in 2008 and has been an integral part of its development.
Michael S. Anderson

Michael S. Anderson, CPA started his career at Houston & Associates, LLC in 2003 while attending Washington & Jefferson College. Michael graduated from W&J in 2004 with a B.A. in Accounting. Upon graduation, he joined Houston & Associates, LLC full time learning the technical side of business and individual taxation while working on audits of not-for-profit organizations, yellow book, and employee benefit plans . Michael continued working there for 14 years building client relationships and managing the operations of their Washington PA office. In 2017, Michael was approached by Mathew Connell looking to build and expand on his existing tax practice in Imperial PA. After finding the appropriate location and acquiring an existing CPA firm, Michael and Matthew joined forces to open Imperial Tax South Hills, LLC. Michael focuses his practice in comprehensive tax planning for individuals and businesses, preparing individual, corporate, not-for-profit and small business returns. Michael also specializes in accounting system software implementation and consulting with small business owners who are looking to start up or grow their existing companies. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts and is enrolled in the Quickbooks Pro Advisor Program.
Michael currently resides in Washington, PA with his wife, Kelly and their Great Dane Oliver. When he is not working, Michael enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and working on home improvement projects.
Richard Fuller
Richard Fuller, CPA has over 25 years of experience in tax, accounting, and auditing. Richard has worked at several regional CPA firms and a large international firm working helping clients to achieve their accounting and tax needs. Richard’s focus includes tax planning, financial statement reporting, special projects, consulting, business acquisitions/divestitures, due diligence, internal audit, and compliance. Richard has significant QuickBooks experience across various versions of the program and an in-depth understanding of financial statement analysis. His industries of expertise include manufacturing, distribution, professional services, wholesale, real estate, oil & gas, retail, banking, and non-profit entities. He also serves as a director/officer/advisor on several non-profit boards throughout Western Pennsylvania.
